Good to know.
A purchase has not arrived
Check that Apple completed the purchase rather than leaving it pending or cancelled. Keep the app installed and open Settings and choose Check pending purchases. Only a verified Apple purchase delivers its fixed coin or gem amount.
If it still has not arrived, email the product name, approximate purchase time and app version. Apple manages payment and refund decisions; see Apple’s purchase refund help. We never need your password or full card number.
Where is my saved progress?
Your solo progress, wallet and collection are saved in this installation. They do not currently sync between devices. Deleting the app can remove them, so contact us before reinstalling if something appears missing.
Starting with app build 21, one Main coin and gem wallet works in all five game shops. Updating combines earlier game currency balances once; no transfers are needed. New shop supplies stay with the game where you buy them, while older shared supplies remain available. Earlier builds used separate game currency wallets.
Game Center keeps Apple’s online records; it does not provide a cloud backup of Mingle’s wallet.
How do hints, Undo and visual guides work?
Open the in-game bag to find supplies. Show me demonstrates a useful move on the actual puzzle without playing it for you. Hints and helpers mark the round as assisted and stay out of online competition. The illustrated Playbook is available in Settings and each game’s options.
What happens when I lose a round?
In supported solo games, optional rewarded videos or gems can give another chance on the same board. Starting a fresh round does not spend coins or gems. Where enabled, a standard ad may appear before a fresh board; unavailable ads are skipped.
How do I hear the music?
Turn on Paradise music in Settings and adjust Music volume. Tap the play or resume prompt if it appears. Check the iPhone’s media volume and selected speaker or headphones. Music pauses when Mingle leaves the screen or an ad or Apple purchase takes over.
Do I need an account or internet?
Solo play does not need an account. Ads, Apple purchases and Game Center services require internet. Online features are still being validated before public release.
